Administrator (F&B)

Job Description

The F&B Administrator supports the food and beverage department with office administration, documentation, scheduling, purchasing records, payroll coordination, reports and communication between outlets and management. Candidates should have strong organisational and computer skills, good written and spoken English, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information accurately. Previous administrative or hotel food-and-beverage experience is preferred. The successful candidate is expected to be professional, service-minded, dependable and comfortable working in a busy hospitality environment, while supporting Shangri-La’s standards for quality, teamwork and guest satisfaction.
