Job Description

The Security Supervisor is responsible for protecting guests, employees, property and hotel assets while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. Requirements typically include relevant hotel, security, law-enforcement or supervisory experience; strong observation, communication and incident-reporting skills; and the ability to handle emergencies calmly. Candidates should be familiar with access control, patrol procedures, CCTV monitoring, fire and life-safety practices, loss prevention and local regulations. A valid security-related qualification or Hong Kong Security Personnel Permit may be required. The role involves shift work, including nights, weekends and public holidays, and requires professionalism, physical fitness, discretion and excellent guest-service awareness.
