Job Description

The Senior Human Resources Executive supports daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training coordination, payroll administration and compliance with Malaysian employment regulations. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, together with several years of hotel or hospitality HR experience. Strong knowledge of local labour law, excellent communication skills and confidence working with employees at all levels are expected. The role requires discretion, sound judgement, good organisation and the ability to handle confidential matters professionally. Experience with HR systems and a service-oriented approach would be advantageous.
