Job Description

The Security Executive is responsible for protecting guests, colleagues, hotel property and confidential information at Shangri-La Singapore. Typical requirements include relevant security or hospitality experience, strong observation and communication skills, professional presentation, physical fitness, and the ability to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays. Singapore security licensing or relevant local certification may be required. The successful candidate is expected to patrol assigned areas, monitor CCTV and access points, respond to incidents, prepare reports, support emergency procedures, and work closely with hotel departments and local authorities. A calm, service-oriented approach, sound judgment, integrity and the ability to handle sensitive situations discreetly are essential.
