Job Description

The Security Manager or Assistant Security Manager is responsible for protecting guests, employees, property and hotel operations. Duties typically include supervising security officers, managing access control, CCTV, patrols, incident investigations, emergency response, fire and life-safety procedures, and coordination with local authorities. Candidates should have hotel security, hospitality or law-enforcement experience, good knowledge of Malaysian safety regulations, strong leadership skills and sound judgment under pressure. The role requires excellent communication, discretion, physical fitness, computer literacy and flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays. A relevant security, military, police or hospitality background is advantageous.
