The Guest Relations Officer welcomes guests, manages enquiries, coordinates special requests, resolves concerns and helps create a smooth, personalised stay. Candidates should typically have a diploma or equivalent hospitality experience, strong spoken and written English, good communication and problem-solving skills, and confidence using hotel systems. Additional languages and experience with luxury hotels are advantageous.
