The Public Area Supervisor oversees cleanliness and presentation in hotel public spaces, including lobbies, corridors, elevators, restaurants, washrooms and other guest areas. Requirements typically include previous hotel housekeeping experience, supervisory or team-lead experience, good knowledge of cleaning standards, staff scheduling and health and safety procedures. The successful candidate should have strong attention to detail, practical leadership skills and the ability to train and motivate colleagues.
