Job Description

The Assistant Outlet Manager supports the daily operation of a restaurant, bar, or other food and beverage outlet at Shangri-La Malaysia. Requirements typically include a diploma or degree in hospitality, food and beverage experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of service standards, hygiene, and basic financial controls.
