Laundry Operator (洗衣員)

Job Description

The Laundry Operator is responsible for sorting, washing, drying, pressing, folding and distributing hotel linen, uniforms and guest laundry. Candidates should ideally have previous laundry, housekeeping or hotel operations experience, understand basic textile and stain-care procedures, and be able to operate commercial laundry equipment safely. The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, good hygiene standards and the ability to work efficiently during busy periods. Shift work, weekends and public holidays are normally required. Basic Cantonese or English communication skills are useful, along with a cooperative attitude, reliability and willingness to follow Shangri-La’s safety, quality and service procedures.
