General Ledger Supervisor

Job Description

The General Ledger Supervisor oversees daily ledger activities, month-end closing, reconciliations, journal entries, fixed assets, accruals and financial reporting. The role typically requires a diploma or degree in accounting or finance, relevant hotel or hospitality experience, and good knowledge of accounting standards and systems such as Opera, SunSystems or similar platforms. Candidates should be detail-oriented, organised and confident supervising a team, reviewing transactions and meeting reporting deadlines. Strong Excel skills, communication abilities and familiarity with Malaysian statutory requirements are expected. Experience in a hotel environment and professional accounting qualifications are advantageous.
