Job Description

The Stewarding (Dishwasher) role supports the hotel kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, pots and equipment, maintaining cleanliness in stewarding areas, handling waste correctly and replenishing clean supplies. Candidates should be physically fit, dependable and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Basic hygiene and workplace safety awareness are important; previous experience in a hotel, restaurant or commercial kitchen is helpful but may not always be essential. The successful candidate is expected to follow sanitation procedures, work well with chefs and service teams, maintain high cleanliness standards and work shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Attention to detail, teamwork and a positive attitude are key requirements.
