Job Description

The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, clearing tables, processing payments and maintaining high service standards at Waterfall restaurant. Candidates should have hospitality or restaurant experience, good spoken English, a friendly and professional manner, and strong attention to detail. Knowledge of food, beverages and service etiquette is helpful. The role requires teamwork, good communication, physical stamina and flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Candidates are expected to provide warm, personalised service consistent with Shangri-La standards while maintaining cleanliness, accuracy and guest satisfaction.
