Job Description

The role involves taking in-room dining orders, explaining menu items, delivering food and beverages to guest rooms, setting up trays or tables, processing payments, and clearing service equipment. Candidates should have customer-service experience, good communication skills, a neat appearance, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Basic English is generally required; Cantonese and Mandarin are valuable in Hong Kong. The successful candidate is expected to be courteous, attentive to detail, flexible with shifts, and committed to Shangri-La service standards. Previous hotel or restaurant experience is preferred, although motivated candidates with a positive attitude may also be considered.
