The Public Area Supervisor oversees cleanliness, presentation and daily operations in hotel public spaces, including lobbies, corridors, restaurants, elevators and guest facilities. Candidates typically need previous experience in hotel housekeeping or public-area operations, good knowledge of cleaning standards, grooming and workplace safety, and the ability to supervise and motivate team members. Strong communication, attention to detail, organisation and problem-solving skills are expected. The role may involve shift work, weekends and public holidays, along with coordinating cleaning schedules, inspecting standards, handling guest requests and reporting maintenance issues.
