The Senior Corporate Counsel will provide legal advice to Shangri-La’s corporate and business teams, with responsibility for reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, advising on corporate governance, supporting transactions, managing legal risks, and coordinating with external counsel across the group. Candidates should generally hold a Hong Kong law qualification or another recognised common-law qualification, with substantial post-qualification experience in corporate and commercial law. Experience in hospitality, real estate, franchising, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, data privacy, or cross-border matters is advantageous. The role requires strong drafting, negotiation, communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills, together with sound commercial judgment and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced international environment.
