Job Description

The Fund Servicing Associate will support Investment Book of Record (IBOR) activities, including maintaining accurate investment data, processing transactions, reconciling positions and cash, investigating breaks, and responding to client or internal queries. Candidates typically need a bachelor’s degree, strong attention to detail, good Excel and analytical skills, and an understanding of asset management, fund operations, securities, or financial markets. Experience in fund accounting, custody, trade support, or investment operations is advantageous. The role requires clear communication, ownership of deadlines, sound judgment, and the ability to work effectively in a controlled, high-volume environment. Flexibility to work with international teams and shifting schedules may also be expected.
