This role supports corporate travelers and company representatives across the EMEA region by arranging and servicing air, hotel, rail, car rental, and other business-travel requirements. Responsibilities may include handling complex itineraries, changes, cancellations, exchanges, refunds, disruptions, and policy-related requests through phone and digital channels. Candidates are generally expected to have corporate travel or travel-agency experience, strong knowledge of global reservation systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo, and familiarity with airline fares and ticketing rules. Excellent English communication, customer-service skills, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and willingness to work shifting schedules are important. The candidate should remain calm under pressure, protect confidential information, meet service-level targets, and provide reliable support across international time zones.
