Job Description

The Vice President will manage relationships with global banking clients using payments and cash-management services. Requirements typically include significant experience in transaction banking, payments, client service, account management or a related financial-services field; strong knowledge of payment products, operating processes, controls and regulatory obligations; and excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills. The successful candidate is expected to act as a trusted client partner, resolve complex service issues, coordinate internal teams, identify improvement and growth opportunities, manage escalations, and maintain high standards of risk control and operational performance. Experience working with multinational corporate clients and in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment is strongly preferred.
