Job Description

The Vendor Program Head leads the strategy, governance and performance management of external vendors supporting Novartis global clinical operations. Requirements typically include substantial experience in clinical development or clinical operations, vendor management, outsourcing strategy, budgeting, risk management and cross-functional leadership in a global pharmaceutical environment. The successful candidate is expected to build strong supplier partnerships, establish performance standards, oversee contracts and financial controls, resolve operational issues and ensure vendors deliver high-quality work in accordance with clinical, regulatory and company requirements.
