Job Description

The Corporate Invoicing Technician supports the accurate and timely processing, validation and control of corporate invoices for Meliá Hotels International. Typical responsibilities include reviewing invoices, matching documents, resolving discrepancies, maintaining supplier and accounting records, assisting with reconciliations and responding to internal or external queries. Candidates are generally expected to have training or experience in accounting, invoicing, administration or finance, together with good Excel and office software skills. Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems is advantageous. Strong attention to detail, organisation, numerical accuracy and the ability to meet deadlines are essential. Spanish and English communication skills may be required, while experience in the hotel or shared-services sector is beneficial. The successful candidate should work reliably within procedures and collaborate effectively with finance and operational teams.
