Job Description

This trainee role supports the Revenue Operations team in analysing hotel performance, room demand, pricing, occupancy and booking trends. Typical requirements include studying hospitality, tourism, business, economics or a related subject; strong analytical and organisational skills; good Excel and reporting abilities; and professional English. Knowledge of Spanish and other languages, hotel systems or revenue-management tools is advantageous. The candidate is expected to learn quickly, handle data accurately, support forecasts and reports, collaborate with reservations, sales and front-office teams, and maintain a proactive, service-minded approach. Availability for an internship or trainee placement in Spain’s Balearic Islands and a genuine interest in hotel commercial operations are likely to be important.
