Job Description

The Cook will prepare and present dishes according to hotel recipes, quality standards, food-safety procedures and guest-service expectations. Requirements generally include professional kitchen experience, knowledge of cooking techniques, hygiene and allergen controls, teamwork, organization and the ability to work efficiently during busy service periods. Spanish is normally useful, while additional languages are an advantage in an international resort. The successful candidate is expected to maintain a clean workstation, control ingredients and waste, follow instructions from the Chef, support the wider kitchen team and work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
