Job Description

Meliá Hotels International is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager for Meliá Cala Galdana in Menorca. The role typically requires experience managing hotel restaurants, bars, banqueting or all-inclusive food and beverage operations, along with strong leadership, organisational and customer-service skills. Responsibilities include supervising outlets and teams, maintaining service and hygiene standards, controlling costs and stock, coordinating menus and suppliers, monitoring guest satisfaction, and supporting departmental budgets and results. Candidates should be flexible, commercially aware, confident with staff training, and comfortable working in a busy seasonal resort environment. Fluency in Spanish and English is generally expected; additional languages and relevant hospitality qualifications are advantageous.
