Job Description

The Assistant Waiter supports the restaurant and bar team by preparing dining areas, setting and clearing tables, serving food and beverages, assisting guests, replenishing supplies and maintaining cleanliness. Candidates should ideally have previous hospitality experience, a customer-focused attitude and good teamwork skills. Basic Spanish is generally expected, while English and other languages are valuable in an international resort environment. The role requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, along with a professional appearance, reliability, stamina and attention to hygiene and service standards. Training may be provided, but experience in hotels, restaurants or resorts is advantageous.
