The Técnico/a de Mantenimiento is responsible for keeping hotel facilities, equipment and guest areas safe, functional and well maintained at Sol Tenerife in Arona. Typical requirements include practical experience in hotel, building or industrial maintenance; knowledge of electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning and general repairs; good fault-finding skills; and a commitment to health and safety procedures. Technical vocational training is advantageous, as are relevant certifications and familiarity with preventive maintenance systems. The candidate is expected to respond quickly to breakdowns, complete planned inspections, work reliably with other departments and maintain a professional attitude around guests. Flexibility for shifts, weekends and emergencies, together with Spanish communication skills, is normally required.
