Job Description

This is a student internship in the Guest Experience department at Sol Arona in Los Cristianos, Tenerife. The role typically supports guest relations, responds to enquiries, assists with feedback and satisfaction monitoring, and helps create a welcoming hotel experience. Candidates are expected to be enrolled in a relevant hospitality, tourism, business or similar programme and to provide documentation for an internship agreement with their educational institution. Good communication skills, a friendly and professional manner, customer focus, teamwork, flexibility and an interest in hotel operations are important. Spanish and English are likely to be useful, while additional languages may be advantageous. Previous hotel experience is helpful but may not be essential.
