The Assistant Food & Beverage Director supports the Food & Beverage Director in managing restaurant, bar, banquet and room-service operations at Gran Meliá Palacio de Isora. The role typically requires hospitality management experience, strong knowledge of food and beverage standards, budgeting, cost control, HACCP, service quality and team leadership. Fluency in Spanish and English is highly desirable; additional languages are an advantage. The successful candidate is expected to lead by example, motivate multicultural teams, maintain excellent guest satisfaction, coordinate with other departments, manage staffing and supplier relationships, and help achieve revenue and profitability targets. Flexibility, commercial awareness, problem-solving ability and a professional luxury-service approach are essential.
