The Regional Environmental Audit Lead will oversee environmental audit programmes across AWS facilities and operations in the United Kingdom and wider region. Requirements typically include a degree or equivalent experience in environmental science, engineering, sustainability, compliance, or a related discipline; substantial experience conducting environmental audits; and strong knowledge of UK and international environmental legislation, ISO 14001, permitting, and corrective-action management. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with regulators, site leaders, contractors, and technical teams. They will be expected to identify compliance risks, lead investigations, document findings, track remediation, and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders. Experience in data analysis, project management, and large-scale operational or data-centre environments would be advantageous.
