Candidates are expected to bring strong experience in IT business partnering, finance systems, data and digital transformation, stakeholder management, and delivery of complex technology initiatives. Experience working across global, multicultural organizations and with enterprise platforms, analytics, governance, cybersecurity, or cloud solutions is valuable. Fluency in Japanese and English is likely required, together with the ability to translate business needs into practical technology roadmaps. The successful candidate will be commercially minded, collaborative, customer-focused, and comfortable influencing senior executives while managing competing priorities. A background in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or another highly regulated industry would be advantageous.
