This role leads patient safety and pharmacovigilance activities for Takeda Japan, ensuring that adverse-event information is identified, assessed, documented, and reported in accordance with Japanese regulations and global safety standards. Requirements typically include a degree in pharmacy, medicine, life sciences, nursing, or a related discipline; several years of pharmacovigilance, drug safety, or clinical experience; knowledge of Japan’s PMDA requirements; and strong Japanese and English communication skills.
