Takeda is seeking a Principal Scientist to lead process chemistry activities for synthetic molecules within its Pharmaceutical Sciences R&D organization in Fujisawa, Japan. Strong communication, project leadership, scientific judgment, and the ability to work effectively in international, cross-functional teams are essential. Professional English is generally required; Japanese language ability may be advantageous.
