This role supports Takeda’s global contract operations function within Legal, Ethics and Compliance. Candidates should have experience in contract administration, legal operations, compliance support or a related business function, with strong organizational and communication skills. Attention to detail, confidentiality, sound judgment and the ability to manage multiple deadlines are essential. Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems, Microsoft Office and working in a multinational environment is advantageous. Professional-level Japanese and English may be expected for coordination with local and global stakeholders.
