Job Description

This role supports inward-remittance processing within UOB’s Cash Management Operations Centre. Responsibilities typically include verifying payment instructions, processing transactions accurately and on time, handling investigations and exceptions, coordinating with internal teams and correspondent banks, and following AML, sanctions, KYC and operational-control requirements. Candidates should have a diploma or degree, preferably in banking, finance or a related field, together with relevant transaction-processing or remittance experience. Knowledge of SWIFT payments, Malaysian banking procedures and regulatory requirements is useful. The successful candidate is expected to be detail-oriented, dependable, comfortable working to service-level deadlines, and able to communicate clearly while resolving operational issues.
