This entry-level UAT Analyst role supports User Acceptance Testing for UOB’s WORC-related systems and processes. Responsibilities typically include reviewing business requirements, preparing test scenarios and test data, executing test cases, recording defects, coordinating with technology and business teams, retesting fixes, and assisting with implementation and documentation. Candidates should be fresh graduates, preferably with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related discipline. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills are expected. Basic knowledge of software testing, defect management, SQL, spreadsheets, or banking operations is useful. The candidate should be detail-oriented, willing to learn, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, and able to meet deadlines in a structured financial-services environment.
