Job Description

The Director of Sales leads the hotel’s sales strategy, revenue-generating activities and commercial relationships across corporate, leisure, group, events and possibly government markets. Requirements typically include substantial luxury-hotel sales experience, strong knowledge of Bahrain and regional feeder markets, proven leadership ability, a track record of achieving targets, and excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills. The candidate is expected to develop business plans, manage key accounts, coach the sales team, build partnerships, monitor market trends and work closely with revenue management, marketing and operations. Fluency in English is generally essential; Arabic and other regional languages are advantageous. A professional, guest-focused approach and willingness to represent Four Seasons at industry events are also expected.
