Job Description

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for leading daily restaurant operations, maintaining Four Seasons service standards, and ensuring an excellent guest experience. Requirements typically include several years of restaurant or luxury hospitality management experience, strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, supervisory skills, and excellent communication in English. Arabic or other languages may be advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to recruit, train, motivate, and schedule staff; manage guest concerns; monitor service quality, costs, hygiene, and safety; coordinate with the kitchen and other hotel departments; and support revenue and profitability goals. A polished professional manner, cultural awareness, attention to detail, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays are essential.
