Technician (Plumbing)

Job Description

The Plumbing Technician is responsible for installing, inspecting, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems, fixtures, pumps, drainage, and water-supply equipment across the resort. Candidates should have practical plumbing or maintenance experience, preferably in a hotel or resort environment, along with knowledge of tools, pipes, valves, pumps, and basic safety procedures. A vocational qualification or relevant technical training is advantageous. The role requires physical fitness, careful workmanship, problem-solving ability, and readiness to respond to guest or operational emergencies. The successful candidate is expected to work reliably, maintain professional standards, follow health and safety procedures, keep accurate maintenance records, and cooperate with engineering and other hotel departments. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is normally required.
