Job Description

The Butler provides highly personalised service to guests throughout their stay, acting as a dedicated point of contact before arrival, during the visit and at departure. Typical responsibilities include greeting guests, coordinating airport transfers and special requests, unpacking or packing assistance, arranging dining and activities, handling amenities, and communicating with housekeeping, food and beverage and concierge teams. Candidates should have luxury hospitality or guest-relations experience, excellent communication and organisational skills, strong attention to detail, discretion and a polished professional manner. Flexibility, cultural awareness, problem-solving ability and willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays are expected. Fluency in English is important; French and other languages are advantageous.
