Job Description

The Chaloupe Server is responsible for delivering attentive, efficient food and beverage service at Four Seasons Resort Mauritius at Anahita. Requirements typically include previous experience in a luxury hotel, restaurant, or resort, good knowledge of food and beverage service, professional grooming, clear communication, and fluency in English; French is highly desirable. The successful candidate should be guest-focused, courteous, reliable, and comfortable working flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays. Duties include taking orders, serving food and drinks, maintaining service standards, coordinating with the kitchen, handling guest requests, and keeping the outlet clean and well presented.
