Job Description

The Steward Attendant supports the kitchen and food-and-beverage teams by washing dishes, cookware, utensils and glassware; cleaning kitchen areas, equipment and storage spaces; removing waste; and maintaining hygiene and sanitation standards. Candidates should be physically fit, reliable, organized and comfortable standing for long periods, lifting supplies and working flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant or stewarding role is helpful, while a strong willingness to learn is essential. Four Seasons expects professional grooming, teamwork, attention to detail, safe working practices and a positive service attitude. The role may also require following food-safety procedures, using cleaning chemicals correctly and supporting other back-of-house duties when needed.
