Job Description

The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms, suites, bathrooms, and assigned public areas to Four Seasons standards. Duties include changing linens, replenishing amenities, reporting maintenance issues, handling guest requests, and protecting guest privacy and belongings. Candidates should have previous housekeeping or hotel experience, strong attention to detail, good physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently while standing, bending, and lifting. A friendly, discreet, service-minded attitude, reliable attendance, personal grooming, and willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays are expected. Good communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with colleagues are important; knowledge of English or French is advantageous.
