Job Description

The Supervisor – Public Relations & Sales supports the resort’s communications, media relations, promotional activity and sales initiatives. Candidates are generally expected to have experience in public relations, marketing, hotel sales or luxury hospitality, with strong writing, presentation and interpersonal skills. The role requires confident communication with guests, media representatives, travel partners and internal departments. Experience creating content, coordinating events, managing social media and supporting sales campaigns is valuable. The successful candidate should be organized, commercially aware, culturally sensitive and comfortable working in a fast-paced international resort. Strong English is normally required; additional languages, knowledge of luxury travel markets and familiarity with the Maldives are advantages. Flexibility, polished professional conduct and the ability to work weekends or holidays are expected.
