Job Description

The Residence Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest residences to Four Seasons luxury standards, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas and amenities. Duties may include making beds, replenishing supplies, reporting maintenance issues, handling guest requests and protecting guest privacy. Candidates should have previous housekeeping or hotel experience, strong attention to detail, physical stamina and a professional, service-oriented attitude. Reliability, discretion, good grooming and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are expected. Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and varying shifts is important. Experience in a luxury resort and basic communication skills in English or French would be advantageous.
