Job Description

The Pastry Commis 2 supports the pastry kitchen with preparing desserts, breads, pastries and other baked items according to Four Seasons standards. Typical requirements include basic culinary or pastry training, some kitchen experience, food-safety knowledge and the ability to follow recipes accurately. The successful candidate should be organized, punctual, creative, physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced hotel environment. Responsibilities include preparing ingredients, maintaining hygiene and cleanliness, assisting senior pastry chefs, controlling portions and minimizing waste. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays is expected, together with a positive attitude, teamwork and a strong willingness to learn.
