Job Description

The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms and villas to Four Seasons standards, including making beds, replenishing amenities, cleaning bathrooms, reporting maintenance issues, and respecting guest privacy. Candidates should have previous housekeeping or hotel experience, strong attention to detail, good physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently while standing, bending, and lifting. A professional appearance, courteous attitude, reliability, and willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays are expected. Basic English is generally required; knowledge of French or other languages is an advantage. The successful candidate should consistently deliver discreet, personalized service and cooperate well with colleagues.
