Job Description

The Pastry Commis 3 supports the pastry team with preparing and presenting breads, desserts, cakes and other pastry products according to Four Seasons standards. Typical requirements include basic culinary or pastry training, food-safety knowledge, attention to detail, good hygiene and the ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately. Previous hotel, restaurant or pastry-kitchen experience is helpful, although this is generally an entry-level role. The candidate is expected to work neatly and efficiently, maintain a clean and organised workstation, handle ingredients and equipment safely, cooperate with colleagues and remain flexible across shifts, weekends and public holidays. A positive attitude, willingness to learn and commitment to luxury guest service are important.
