Job Description

The Pastry Chef de Partie supports the pastry kitchen by preparing breads, pastries, desserts and other baked products to Four Seasons standards. Requirements typically include professional pastry or culinary training, previous experience in a hotel, resort or high-volume kitchen, knowledge of baking techniques, food safety and hygiene, and the ability to follow recipes accurately.
