The Assistant – Employee Relations supports the day-to-day administration of employee relations activities at MAS Holdings. Responsibilities may include maintaining employee records, assisting with grievance handling, disciplinary and attendance processes, preparing reports, coordinating employee communication, and supporting HR policies and engagement initiatives. Candidates are generally expected to have a diploma or degree in Human Resources, business administration, or a related field, together with good knowledge of employment practices and labor regulations. Strong communication, confidentiality, organization, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are important. Experience in HR administration, employee relations, or a manufacturing environment would be advantageous. The successful candidate should be approachable, fair, detail-oriented, and capable of working professionally with employees and management.
