The Intern – Research & Development role is suited to an undergraduate or recent graduate in textile technology, apparel, materials science, engineering, chemistry, product development, or a related field. The candidate is expected to support research projects, product and material innovation, testing, sample development, technical documentation, and data analysis. Good problem-solving, communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and basic computer skills are important. Familiarity with laboratory or apparel-manufacturing processes, sustainable materials, and product-development tools would be advantageous. The intern should be curious, willing to learn, organized, and able to work responsibly in a fast-paced manufacturing and innovation environment.
