Service Associate - Engineering (A/C Technician)

Job Description

The Service Associate – Engineering (A/C Technician) is responsible for maintaining, inspecting and repairing air-conditioning, refrigeration and related mechanical systems across the hotel. Candidates should have a technical qualification or vocational training in air-conditioning, refrigeration or mechanical engineering, along with practical maintenance experience. Knowledge of HVAC equipment, electrical controls, preventive maintenance and workplace safety is expected. The role requires physical fitness, problem-solving ability and a willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Shangri-La will expect a dependable, service-minded team member who can respond quickly to guest and operational requests, keep accurate maintenance records, follow safety procedures and work cooperatively with other engineering departments.
